Busy shop seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis possibly working into full time. If you possess technical aptitude, mathematical skills and have a passion for helping people this position may be for you.

Ideal candidates should:
*Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person.
*Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Be bilingual (English/ Spanish).
*Type 60 WPM and use computer programs proficiently like Microsoft Word and Excel
*Be punctual and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
*Strive to be successful as an individual and member of a team.

Duties include:
*Answering phone calls.
*Scheduling appointments and dispatching service technicians.
*Utilizing personnel and written resources to address customers' needs.
*Composing quotes and written correspondence.
*Maintaining inventory.
*Performing shop and tool maintenance.
*Greet and service walk in customers

Position Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am to 3pm.
